By accessing or using Witline, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use Witline in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the data you store and process through the platform and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Service Availability

Witline services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Offline operation is supported via Smart Hubs; cloud synchronisation occurs when a connection is available.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Witline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
